ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Perform all MIG and TIG weld operations to fabricate enclosures and thermal management systems.
• Perform pre‑weld and post‑weld processes on various materials: steel, stainless and aluminum.
• Able to weld components in flat and vertical positions.
• Comply with all safety policies, company practices / procedures, and any reasonable management requests.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have 5 or more years of welding experience.
• AWS certified welder from an accredited welding school.
• Prefer certifications in MIG and TIG.
• Experience welding sheet metal parts.
• Able to read and understand drawings and weld instructions.
• Able to repeat the same physical or mental tasks while maintaining accuracy of work.
• Able to handle parts potentially up to 55 lbs.
• Able to grasp parts repetitively.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Work in a shop environment.
• Work with sheet metal and manufacturing equipment.
