Job summary

Lift Solutions Holdings, LLC is seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team. The role involves layout and manufacturing of electric overhead bridge cranes, with welding across steel, aluminum, and other metals using MIG, TIG, and FCAW processes.

You will read blueprints, assemble components, and ensure weld quality while complying with safety standards. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints for layout and fabrication.
• 3+ years of welding/fabrication experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques: MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift heavy materials in a physically demanding environment.
• Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to fabricate custom parts and assemblies for overhead cranes, lifting equipment, and other industrial applications.
• Assemble fabricated components into final products, ensuring structural integrity and alignment.
• Inspect and test welds and finished products to ensure adherence to safety standards, specifications, and quality control requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fabrication equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations while working in a fabrication shop or on-site to ensure a safe work environment.
• Troubleshoot fabrication issues and identify solutions to maintain workflow and quality.

Requirements

Education & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a welder and fabricator in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques and metalworking processes, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to follow OSHA guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance practices.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment.
