Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a motivated Welder to join our fabrication team in Abilene, TX. No extensive welding experience required; training will be provided for the right candidate to learn MIG welding and structural steel fabrication.

You will learn and perform MIG welding, assist with fitting and cutting, and work with experienced welders on a long-day, Mon-Fri schedule.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to learn welding and fabrication.
• Not required but a plus: previous welding, fitting, construction, or shop experience.
• Ability to work with structural steel and perform hands-on physical work.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday on a long day shift.
