Steico Industries, Inc. is seeking a Weld Prep Operator to prepare detail components and assemblies for welding and post‑weld finishing. You will use pneumatic tools, hand tools, and calibrated devices to ensure parts meet STEICO drawings and specifications.
Training will be provided for all equipment. You will follow safety protocols, work in a team or independently as needed, and contribute to a clean, organized shop environment during an AM shift.

As a Weld Prep Operator you will:
The Weld Prep position is responsible for Cleaning and preparing detail components and assemblies for the Weld and for the post weld cleaning and repairing of welds using general shop tools that meet the customer and STEICO drawings/specifications manufactured within the documented manufacturing processes provided by STEICO.
