Job summary

Fleetwood Metal Industries, a division of Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping, has an immediate opening for a Weld Operator in Sylacauga, AL. The operator will run the Robot Weld Cell and produce quality parts. Prior experience reviewing part specifications and defects is preferred.

Summary Responsibilities:

• Document and report inventory
• Complete required documentation during/ prior to end of shift
• Maintain & improve housekeeping within work area
• Other duties assigned by the management team

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to meet quota and standardsby performing repetitive tasks
• Ability to retain information and communicate effectively
• Ability to stand for long periods of time/ lift 23 kg (50 lbs)
• Able to work all shifts: Midnights, Days, Afternoons

Preferred Requirements:

• Mechanically inclined
