Job summary

The Raymond Corporation is seeking a Weld Inspector for our Muscatine, IA facility. This in-person role focuses on inspecting welded products and providing feedback to ensure high-quality assemblies within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Daily inspection of multiple welds, logging results, and collaborating with quality and paint teams are core responsibilities. A minimum of three years in manufacturing with at least one year in inspection is required, along with strong attention to

The Role:

We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Weld Inspector who brings enthusiasm and expertise to the table. In this role, you’ll inspect completed weld products and provide feedback to weld staff while collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team to achieve shared goals. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Daily inspection of multiple weld products
• Completing daily inspection logs
• Collaborate with supporting functions (quality, paint, etc)
• Provide feedback to weld staff, associates, and leadership on quality trends

What We’re Looking For:

• Three or more years of manufacturing experience, including at least one year as an Inspector.
