• Flexible availability, including Saturdays as needed.
• Must be able to pass a Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Greet students, families, and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and parent questions promptly.
• Assist families with class information and schedules.
• Maintain accurate records in the customer management system.
• Process payments and assist with invoices as needed.
