The Quincy Kroc Center, part of The Salvation Army North & Central Illinois Division, seeks a Welcome Team Attendant to be the first point of contact for members, guests, and event participants. The Quincy Kroc Center is seeking friendly, detail-oriented, and service-focused individuals to join our team as Welcome Team Attendants. This role is central to the Kroc Center experience, serving as the first point of contact for members, guests, and event participants.
As a Welcome Team Attendant, you help advance The Salvation Army's mission by creating a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment where people of all ages feel valued, informed, and supported.
The Welcome Desk is the heart of the Kroc Center. Every interaction - whether welcoming a new member, assisting a family, or supporting an event - helps shape how people experience our community. In this role, you help bring the Kroc Center's holistic mission to life by encouraging positive, life-changing experiences, strengthening families, and enriching the lives of children, adults, and seniors through excellent service and connection.
Position Type: Part-time, working up to 19 hours/week (Minimum of 10 hours/week)
Facility Hours: Monday-Friday 5:00am-9:00pm, Saturday 7:00am-8:00pm, Sunday 12:00pm-6:00pm
Schedule: Flexible scheduling including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as determined by program and operational needs
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
The Welcome Team Attendant supports daily operations at the membership desk by providing exceptional customer service. This role assists with memberships, program information, facility access, event hosting, and administrative support, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all.
