CoralTree Hospitality is seeking a friendly Front Desk/Guest Services Associate in Orlando to warmly welcome guests, assist with check-in/out, and provide information on hotel amenities and local attractions.

You will promote services, collaborate with team members, and help create memorable experiences in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and a guest-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically welcome our guests, anticipate their needs, assist them with check in and check out, and respond promptly with your personal spirit, however busy and whatever time of day.
