Welcome Coordinators are the face of our clinic and the glue that keeps our center operations efficient. They perform various administrative tasks that allow our broader teams to execute on creating an unmatched patient experience, deliver the best care anywhere and make Oak Street a great place to work.
Welcome Coordinators juggle tasks such as scheduling patient appointments, managing inbound and outbound phone calls, and handling administrative tasks including fax and mail distribution. They are expected to be friendly and highly flexible. As part of our Service Team, they report to the Practice Manager and focus on creating a seamless experience for our patients and community members.

The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $28.46. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
