Qualifications

• California licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• DEA Registration Certificate and OIG Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct member consultations for weight loss using JumpstartMD program.
• Provide routine patient care including exams and screenings.
• Ensure patient records are up-to-date and request lab tests as needed.
• Conduct follow-up calls and respond to post-visit inquiries.
• Adhere to company policies and safety regulations.

Skills

Interpersonal skills

Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office

Understanding of preventative medicine

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Education
