JumpstartMD in Irvine, CA, seeks a Clinician Manager (NP/PA) to lead a small, dedicated team in weight management and cardiometabolic health. You will conduct 1:1 member consultations, oversee clinical care, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a California NP/PA license, a master's degree, and DEA registration, with a passion for multidisciplinary prevention and lifestyle medicine.

Qualifications

• Must be a California-licensed NP or PA with relevant credentialing.
• Master's degree from an accredited NP/PA program.
• DEA registration and NPI number required.
• OIG clearance and background check compliance.
• Experience in weight management or cardiometabolic health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 member consultations for weight loss and JumpstartMD program.
• Provide routine patient care including exams, screenings, and medication administration.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records and evaluate lab tests as needed.
• Conduct follow-up calls and respond to post-visit inquiries promptly.
• Adhere to policies, safety regulations and productivity metrics.
• Support team by assisting with medical and program questions, attending meetings, and completing training.
• Lead our small team of health coaches and member care coordinators.
• Collaborate to scale a national medical weight management program.
