Sensient Technologies in Livingston, CA is seeking a Weighmaster/Data Entry Clerk to weigh inbound/outbound loads, record data, and maintain detailed records. You will use Excel and JD Edwards to input production data, manage inventory, and support daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years experience preferred.
• Experience in data entry, clerical work, or scale operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Weigh incoming raw product loads.
• Record weight certificates on control sheet.
• Distribute paperwork and answer calls as needed.
• File weight certifications.
• Input production data in Excel and JD Edwards.
• Take yard inventory.
• Print and replenish blank production forms and ensure supervisor approvals.
• Send accounting weight certificates to other facilities.
• Audit weight certificates and file away.
• Unload and put away deliveries with forklift; complete Incoming Goods Inspection forms.
• Perform inventory on finished products.
• Tare empty trailers and record meter readings.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are seeking a Weighmaster/Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Livingston, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately weighing inbound and outbound loads, recording transaction data, and maintaining detail records. This role requires advanced equipment operation skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while supporting efficient daily operations. The position supports operational productivity, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

What you’ll do:

• Weighincoming raw productloads
• Record allweight certificates on control sheet
• Distribute paperwork to proper departments and answer calls as needed
• File weight certifications
• Input production data in Excel and JD Edwards
• Take yard inventory
• Print and replenish blank production forms as well as check all completed forms for supervisor approvals

What you’ll bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred with 2+ years of experience
• Previous experience in data entry, clerical work, or scale operations preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic math skills and ability to perform calculations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify operational issues, inventory discrepancies, or workflow challenges and takes appropriate action to resolve problems and improve processes.
• A strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Effective communication with supervisors, coworkers, and other departments to support daily operations and resolve issues and effective time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet productivity goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• The ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to50 poundsas required
• Occasionally walking up & down wet stairs

The hourly wage for this position is $21.61 USD. Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions.
