Job summary

Foster Farms is hiring team members to support packaging and cold-storage operations. The role offers pay starting at $19.00 per hour with shift premiums of $0.50 for 4pm–midnight and $1.00 for midnight–8am, plus longevity and attendance premiums.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Report regularly and on time to work, including overtime and weekends as scheduled.

• Walk and stand on concrete floors in cold environments for prolonged periods.
• Lift, push, and/or pull up to 80 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Remove packages from baskets and place on infeed belts for pre-pricing.
• Stack empty baskets and dividers; keep work areas clean and orderly.
• Move wheeled racks seven baskets high weighing 200–400 pounds.
• Lift, push, and/or pull up to 80 pounds repeatedly.
• Work in cold conditions using provided freezer gear.
• Maintain quality and food safety to meet company standards and USDA requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.

Job Description:

• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervision and Lead personnel.
