Job summary

Qualifications

• Weft experience required.
• Good vision for quality checks.
• Able to work from ladders/heights.
• Solid math skills for measurements and tolerances.
• Receives specific instructions from supervisor or lead technician.

Responsibilities

• Set up and style change machines.
• Hang warps in machine, sley and thread guide bars.
• Change and time pattern wheels; build pattern chains.
• Assist operator run machine parts in production as required.
• Operate needles, closures, start up and knit sample styles as necessary.
• Tape beams in and out; perform major mechanical repairs or overhauls as directed.
• Clean and grease machines; perform routine PMs weekly.
