Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to ensure product integrity from receiving through movement, storage, and final store shipment. You will follow quality and temperature standards and participate in sanitation and safety practices.

You will perform receiving and shipping tasks, help maintain inventory accuracy, interact with truck drivers and unloaders, and contribute to a fast-paced distribution environment while adhering to Meijer standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Intermediate computer / technology skills.
• Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior warehouse experience helpful.
• Must possess good attendance and work record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure order & inventory accuracy via established processes.
• Work with truck drivers and unloaders during receiving and shipping for Fresh and Frozen foods.
• Maintain quality and temperature standards during transfer and storage.
• Follow inventory control practices to meet Meijer standards.
• Accurately complete receiving-order-shipping processes.
• Maintain building sanitation standards.
• Practice 200% safety accountability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
