Job summary

The Chefs' Warehouse, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Worker to support picking, packing, assembly, sorting, shipping and receiving to meet productivity goals.

Reads production schedules and orders to determine items to move, and uses pallet jacks and stand-up forklifts safely. You will label pallets, report safety concerns, maintain PPE, wear company uniform, and participate in a team that handles stock and loading.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent.
• Must be able to read production schedules and orders.

Responsibilities

• Read production schedules and orders to determine items to move or distribute.
• Move materials from receiving/production to storage or other designated areas.
• Sort and break down product by SKU, quantity, and type.
• Operate electric pallet jack and stand-up forklift.
• Label pallets and prepare orders for shipping.
• Report safety concerns and follow PPE guidelines.
• Assemble customer orders and place on pallets or shelves.
• Open containers and record received/distributed materials.
