Job summary

TotalMed RN in Asheville, North Carolina is seeking an Endoscopy RN for a 13-week travel assignment. The role requires 1–2 years of acute care experience, 36 hours per week, and a 9-hour day shift in the Endoscopy unit to support physicians and the medical team.

You will assist with procedures, manage endoscopes and equipment, maintain safety and compliance, and stand for extended periods. ACLS, BLS, and PALS are required; travel experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Endoscopy RN with 1–2 years of acute care experience.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications required.
• Endoscopy travel assignment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the Endoscopy unit and support physicians and the medical team.
• Provide technical assistance during diagnostic and therapeutic Endoscopic procedures.
• Assist in care and maintenance of endoscopes and related equipment and document traceability.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment in accordance with standards and regulations.
