Priority Dispatch Corp. in Belleville, IL is seeking a Production Associate to join a team assembling metal fireplaces, heaters, grills, components, and accessories. You will follow visual work instructions to ensure high-quality products that meet specifications.

The role involves operating CNC, punch press, laser cutter, and other metalworking equipment; applying protective coatings; handling sharp sheets; maintaining a safe, clean workspace; and meeting production targets with consistency.

Qualifications

• Able to read instructions, drawings, and schematics.
• Good technical knowledge.
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds without assistance.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Able to stand for 10-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Assemble metal fireplaces, heaters, grills, components and accessories.
• Follow visual work instructions to ensure quality and specs.
• Apply protective coatings to manufactured items.
• Operate CNC machines to cut and form metal parts.
• Set up and operate Punch Press, Laser Cutter, or Press Break.
• Handle sharp sheets of metal and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
