• Processes member purchases and provides high-quality service at the point of sale.
• Scans merchandise and handles payments accurately.
• Maintains cleanliness of the frontline area and assists with club housekeeping.
• Support policies, procedures, and compliance within the team.
• Collaborates with team to deliver fast, friendly service and achieve goals.
