Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is hiring team members to process member purchases, verify and upgrade memberships, and provide courteous service at the front end. You will scan items, handle various payment methods, and help keep the front-line area clean and welcoming for every member.

The role emphasizes speed, accuracy, and a positive attitude, with opportunities to contribute to a member-focused team and a club environment that values inclusion and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills are preferred.
• Prior cashier or sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process Member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner and verify/renew membership products.
• Scan club merchandise through a POS system to ensure accurate totals.
• Assist at self-checkout and collect payments from Members.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the frontline department and provide excellent member service.
