Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in the United States is hiring for a cashiers/Member Services role. You will process member purchases, renewals, upgrades, and loyalty options with a focus on courteous service and efficient checkout.

You’ll help maintain front-line cleanliness and assist at self-checkout stations. The position supports a team-driven environment with opportunities for weekly pay, membership perks, paid time off, health benefits, a 401(k) plan, and stock purchase options.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills preferred.
• Prior cashier or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits clear understanding of all BJ’s Membership options, including renewals, upgrading to our BJ’s Loyalty programs.
• Provides a high level of customer service to Members. Checks Members out in a timely and efficient manner.
• Scans all club merchandise through a point-of-sale system to ensure accurate inventory counts and totals.
• Maintains the frontline area, assists in general club housekeeping, and supports policy compliance.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.
