Job summary

Salema-Management operates Dunkin' franchise locations in Western Massachusetts. As a Crew Member, you will prepare products to brand standards and serve guests with enthusiasm in a fast-paced store environment, while keeping areas clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality.
• Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred.

• Meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Must have weekend availability.
