Margaritaville and Landshark in Myrtle Beach is seeking a bartender to provide high-quality beverage service to guests, ensuring accuracy, speed, and excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities include crafting cocktails, handling cash, verifying ages, stocking supplies, and maintaining bar cleanliness in a fast-paced, fun environment with competitive wages and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• One to three years experience as a bartender (high-volume env. preferred).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with other departments/outside contacts.
• Ability to complete a heavy workload in a fast-paced env. with minimal supervision.
• Good judgement and decision-making abilities.
• Must be able to free-pour to recipe specs and know cocktails.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests and staff.
• Verify guest age for alcohol purchases.
• Follow recipes and procedures in beverage preparation.
• Attend to orders and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Operate POS with high efficiency and handle currency accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar and utensils and stock par levels.
• Provide friendly, personalized service to encourage guest return.
• Assist management in training new staff.
