Owenton Healthcare and Rehab is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our weekend shift team. You will deliver compassionate nursing care, communicate clearly with residents and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in State.
• At least one year of RN experience in a Long Term Care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide RN care following facility policies and standards.
• Demonstrate genuine, caring, and friendly communication with residents and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve resident-centered outcomes.
• Keep accurate and timely documentation of assessments and care plans.
• Adhere to professional and regulatory standards of conduct.

RN Responsibilities

RN Requirements

• Current RN license in State.
