Job summary

Synergy Health Partners is seeking experienced Urologists to join the team at Winona Health in Winona, MN. The role is structured as five days per month (Mon–Fri) with competitive compensation and housing provided. Malpractice coverage is included, and active Minnesota licensure would be a plus.

We value surgeons creating the SHP model of quality care and work-life balance, with support from a national Surgicalist program. DaVinci XI and Olympus are part of our facility tools.

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent with board certification in urology.
• 1–2 years of urology experience preferred.
• Active Minnesota medical license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide urology patient care in a hospital/clinical setting.
• Collaborate with surgical and nursing teams to deliver care.
• Document care and outcomes in Cerner EMR and participate in team-based initiatives.
