Job summary

HealthPartners is seeking a Urology physician to join our team across Amery, Hudson, and Westfield clinics. This full‑time role offers leadership opportunities to shape service delivery, expand patient access, and support recruitment and alignment across the region.

Open to experienced urologists and new graduates with Minnesota and Wisconsin licenses; robotics available at Hudson for advanced technology integration.

Qualifications

• Medical degree with board certification or eligibility in Urology.
• Minnesota and Wisconsin medical licenses.
• Clinical experience in urology, with or without prior practice‑development experience.
• Strong leadership skills and passion for practice development, collaboration, and innovation.

HealthPartners is looking for a Urology physician to join our team in the beautiful St. Croix Valley. This full‑time position requires a Minnesota and Wisconsin license and offers a unique leadership opportunity to help build and grow the Urology practice across the region. The selected physician will play a key role in shaping service delivery, expanding patient access, and supporting future recruitment and operational alignment. Experienced Urologists as well as new graduates are welcome to apply. Robotics is available at Hudson, offering access to advanced technology.
