Job summary

National Health Care Associates is seeking an Activities Assistant at Westgate in Bangor, ME to plan and run engaging activities for residents. You will contribute to a lively, caring environment and work with the Activities Director to implement a monthly calendar.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Long-Term Care or senior living setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Must be compassionate, empathetic and able to communicate clearly with residents, families and staff.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities are essential for group activities and collaboration.

Starting from USD $16.00/Hr.

Qualifications of an Activities Assistant include:

• Previous experience in a Long-Term Care or senior living setting is preferred but not required - training will be provided
