Dunkin, Fairfield NJ, is seeking a part-time Crew Member for weekend mornings (Saturday-Sunday) at our high-volume drive-thru location near 378 Passaic Ave. You will learn sandwich making, drink preparation, guest service, and basic food safety in a fast-paced, team‑oriented environment that values reliability and a friendly attitude.

This role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and the opportunity to earn tips while building customer service and operational skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with basic computer skills.
• Ability to count money and make change accurately.
• Capable of operating restaurant equipment.
• Weekend availability and willingness to work early mornings (6am-12 Noon).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver sandwiches, beverages, and treats following Dunkin' brand standards.
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve any guest issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety guidelines.
• Work respectfully and collaboratively with team members.
• Respond positively to coaching and feedback.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with the team.
• Learn and perform multiple tasks with enthusiasm.
