Job summary

i9 Sports Corporation is seeking an energetic Volleyball Sports Coordinator to help create a fun, organized, and positive experience for young athletes and their families. You will partner with volunteer coaches and referees, support game-day operations, and help ensure every player has a great experience during weekend games across each 6-week season in Fort Collins.

Responsibilities include leading practices, teaching fundamentals, and delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining

Qualifications

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience playing and/or coaching volleyball preferred.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and solve problems.
Comfortable leading groups and taking charge when needed.
Positive attitude and a passion for working with kids.

Responsibilities

Lead volleyball practices using provided practice plans, with support from assistant coaches.
Teach and demonstrate volleyball fundamentals, skills, and sportsmanship.
Direct assistant coaches and delegate responsibilities to ensure practices run smoothly.
Support volunteer coaches during games.
Oversee game-day operations for your assigned sport.
Build positive relationships with players, parents, and coaches.
Create a fun, safe, and organized environment for every athlete.
Provide outstanding customer service.
