Job summary

i9 Sports is seeking enthusiastic Volleyball Coordinators for the Fall season to develop players aged 7 to 16. You will lead practice sessions, coach alongside volunteer parents, and officiate games to ensure a fun, safe, and educational experience.

The position requires weekend availability (Saturdays) for a 6-week period starting soon, with salaries paid hourly and curriculum provided. A background check and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Experience playing or coaching volleyball.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate children.
• Ability to supervise and collaborate with volunteer parents.

Responsibilities

• Teach fundamental volleyball skills (bump, pass, set, serve).
• Lead practice sessions with volunteer coaches.
• Officiate youth volleyball games and ensure fair play.
• Ensure safety and inclusive environment for participants.
• Maintain professional communication with parents and staff.
• Complete mandatory pre-season training.
