Chelsea Piers Field House is seeking a dedicated Weekend Volleyball Instructor to join our team. You will deliver high-level coaching and player development for classes serving ages 9–15 on Saturdays and Sundays, while upholding the program's vision and culture.

This is a great opportunity for a coach seeking a consistent weekend schedule, with the option to pick up additional hours through parties and events.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching volleyball at the youth level.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Willingness to assist with other sports (basketball, tennis).
• Strong knowledge of volleyball fundamentals and coaching techniques for youth.
• Ability to build relationships with coaches, parents and families.
• Excellent communication skills.
• CPR and SafeSport certification.

Responsibilities

• Teach high-level volleyball classes on Saturdays and Sundays for ages 9–15.
• Assist with other sports classes as needed (basketball and tennis).
• Maintain enthusiasm, commitment and structure across volleyball and other sports.
• Parties and events are available for additional hours beyond weekend classes.
