The Home for Little Wanderers' Southeast Campus in Plymouth, MA on a beautiful property, seeks Weekend Residential Counselors to support youth with trauma and emotional/behavioral challenges in a residential setting.

The role emphasizes safety, positive relationships, and trauma-informed care while offering a pathway to impact youth growth and development. Pass CORI, HS diploma, and a passion for helping kids; weekends required.

Qualifications

• 1 year prior experience working with youth preferred.
• HS diploma or equivalency required.
• Passion for making a positive impact on kids' lives.

Responsibilities

• Pass CORI/background check and present a valid ID.
• Be physically active for an 8–10 hour shift.
• Participate in verbal de-escalation and physical intervention as needed.
• Multi-task in a changing, fast-paced treatment setting.
• Receive and implement feedback through supervision.
• Work evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts as required.
