Job summary

Sourced Adventures in New York is seeking a Whitewater Rafting Group Leader to facilitate weekend day-trips to the Lehigh River Gorge. Responsibilities include maintaining the trip itinerary and ensuring a high-quality experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Four year bachelor degree strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Preferred 2+ years of professional or guiding experience.
• Ability to be “on” for a full weekend day.
• Some Whitewater Rafting experience strongly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the face of Sourced Adventures.
• Engage all customers while maintaining full control of the trip.
• Maintain the set schedule and itinerary of each trip.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent customer service.
