Salary: Up to $17.00 per hour + differentials

Heritage Senior Living invites you to apply for our Weekend Warrior program for Care Staff (RAs / CNAs). This program is ideal for those with full schedules during the week who are interested in starting a career in healthcare as a Weekend Warrior. We are seeking passionate care staff to provide quality care to our residents from Friday through Sunday, covering 12-hour shifts from 7 A.M. to 7 P.M. and 7 P.M. to 7 A.M.

  • CBRF and/or RCAC caregiving experience (assisted living, elderly care, nursing home, long-term care, memory care)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality care promoting residents' rights, dignity, and independence
  • Maintain a safe, clean environment; report maintenance issues
  • Assist with resident care, medication administration (post delegation), vital signs, specimen collection, laundry, cleaning, dining setup
  • Respect residents’ privacy and dignity
  • Deliver care according to individualized service plans

Education/Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or 1-3 months related experience/training preferred
  • CNA desirable but not required
  • Completion of required CBRF certifications
  • Pass all pre-employment and annual tests; meet state and federal regulations
