Job summary

Centerville Post Acute is seeking compassionate and dependable State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our Weekend Warrior Team ! If you are passionate about resident care and looking for premium weekend pay in a supportive environment, we want you on our team.

Weekend Warrior shifts run 7AM to 7PM, offering a pay range of $19–$22 per hour plus weekend pay incentives. Centerville Post Acute provides a full benefits package, bonus opportunities, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio STNA Certification.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Provide compassionate, hands-on resident care
• Assist with mobility, hygiene, meals, and comfort needs
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff to ensure quality care
