Job summary

Natural Choice Foods is seeking a Weekend Warehouse Team Member in Michigan to support shipping and receiving. You will pick orders for outgoing shipments, assist with receiving and space maintenance, and help keep inventory controlled.

Starting pay is $16.50 per hour. Prior forklift experience, English communication, and the ability to work in a cold warehouse environment are valued. You’ll join an equal-opportunity employer focused on teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience operating a stand-up Hi-Lo forklift.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic for inventory units.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift and twist for extended periods.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented.
• Ability to work in cold temperatures with provided gear.

Responsibilities

• Keep the product moving: Load and unload semi-trailers with forklift and/or pallet jack, moving product in and out of the warehouse.
• Review orders for shipments and assemble the correct products to be shipped.
• Follow all Company Safety Rules and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Support a growing team and contribute to overall warehouse operations.

Work Schedule: Friday - Monday 4:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Job Summary

Responsible for picking product orders for outgoing shipments as well as receiving and moving product. This position also requires cleaning, maintenance of space, and inventory control.

A Sample of the Role

• Keep the product moving: Load and unload semi-trailers with forklift and/or pallet jack, moving product in and out of the warehouse. Stack and store product in appropriate areas according to established sequences and procedures
• Review for Accuracy: Review orders for shipments and assemble the correct products to be shipped

Your Natural Ingredients to Win

• 1 year experience operating a STAND-UP Hi-Lo preferred, but not required.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide into all unites of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, squat, push, pull and twist over surfaces for extend periods of time
• Ability to effectively communicate with all members of the team
• Ability to speak, write, read and follow instructions in English
• Experience working in a high-speed manufacturing environment
• Self-motivated and team-oriented
• Ability to work in cold temperatures (proper gear supplied by NCF)
