Southwire Company, LLC in the Dallas Fort Worth Distribution Center is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support manufacturing operations with warehousing and logistics duties, ensuring on-time fulfillment to customers and the business.

You will operate a forklift, stage products, and enter data in warehouse systems; the role requires a High School Diploma, forklift experience, basic computer skills, the ability to lift 75 pounds, and availability for 1st–3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year experience operating a forklift.
• Ability to work in a team oriented environment.
• Must have basic computer skills – MS Excel, MS Word, Data Entry.
• Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• The ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Focus on excellent customer service and take pride in every order we fill for our customers.
• Operate forklift to load and unload trucks and move material in the warehouse or plant.
• Stage finished products.
• Entering data using warehouse computer applications.
• Perform all duties and specific projects as assigned in a safe and productive manner.
