Job summary

Flagg Bicycle Group is seeking a Weekend Warehouse Associate in Lancaster, PA. The role operates 9 AM–9 PM on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays, with a $2/hour shift differential. You will handle inbound processing, forklift operations, and outbound packing across DC locations, ensuring safe, accurate receiving and stocking.

Candidates must pass a physical/HPE, lift 70 lbs repeatedly, and stand/walk for long periods. Flexible schedule, overtime may apply; prior RF/WMS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Able to pass a physical and HPE.
• Able to lift 70 lbs repeatedly and to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Able to occasionally lift 100 lbs.
• Comfortable working at heights and operating motorized equipment.
• Must be open to a flexible schedule: long days at the beginning of the week and shorter days towards the end. Overtime may occasionally be required.
• High attention to detail; maintains accuracy and quality of work in a team environment.
• WMS and RF device experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inbound Processing including receiving, put-away and replenishments.
• Forklift and Equipment Operations (VNA, reach, order picker, pallet jack).
• Load truck with outgoing packages and count/validate inventory.
• Interact with ERP/WMS to verify shipments and receive line items.
• Process warehouse transfers and large-volume orders.
• Non-conveyable picking and safety training on power equipment.
• DC upkeep and maintenance; other tasks as assigned.
