Job summary

Quality Bicycle Products, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate for our Weekend DC PRO team in Pennsylvania. The role runs Saturday through Monday, 9 AM to 9 PM, with a $2/hour shift differential on top of the base hourly rate of $18.41–$21.83.

You will operate powered equipment, assist receiving, put-away, replenishments, and support multiple DC functions. The position requires the ability to lift heavy loads, work safely at heights, and interact with ERP/WMS systems using RF devices.

Qualifications

• Pass physical and HPE evaluation.
• Able to lift 70 lbs repeatedly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Stand and walk for long periods.
• Flexible schedule; overtime may be required.
• Comfortable at heights; operate motorized equipment.
• Basic computer skills; RF devices and WMS experience preferred.
• Forklift experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks and equipment (VNA turret, reach forklift, order picker, pallet jack).
• Load outgoing packages onto trucks.
• Receive and verify shipments using ERP/WMS via RF unit or kiosks.
• Count and validate inventory quantities.
• Identify non-conformant deliveries (damaged/missing/wrong items).
• Process transfers: pick, pack, palletize, stage orders to replenish DC locations.
• Perform non-conveyable picking in racks, including high shelves.
• Train on power equipment safety.
• Maintain truck loading, cycle counts, and order picking/packing.
• DC upkeep and maintenance tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
