Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Plant Liaison Clerk in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role supports warehouse operations, coordinating clerical tasks and ensuring smooth material flow within the facility.

We offer weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and a safety‑driven culture. Weekend shift pays $23.00 per hour, with overtime at $34.50 per hour; schedule Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of clerical or warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklift preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships across all levels.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate activities with clerks from other floor areas, customers, or suppliers.
• Use the WMS system to update area or shift metrics.
• Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports and memos.
• Perform floor work and additional duties as assigned.
• Handle basic administrative tasks and maintain filing systems.
• Support area with information and quick responses to floor staff.
