Ryder System, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Warehouse Clerk to join a fast-paced distribution team. You will support daily warehouse operations, coordinate with floor teams and customers, and operate IT systems to capture metrics and generate reports.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a high-volume environment. Weekend shifts may be required; paid training is provided, and we offer medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO from day one, plus employee discounts and stock

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in clerical or warehouse work is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities with clerks and customers as needed.
• Utilize the facility's WMS system to update area metrics.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports and summaries.
• Perform floor work and additional duties as assigned.
• Handle basic administrative tasks and maintain filing systems.
• Gather and provide information to floor staff and customers.
• Coordinate meetings and communications for the area/shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
