Job summary

OnTrac in South Brunswick, NJ seeks a Warehouse Lead Package Handler to oversee offloading, loading, and sorting of packages Fri-Sun. You will train new hires, support metrics, and uphold safety and company values.

The role requires at least 1 year in the industry and leadership experience, with a high school diploma preferred. Must be 18+, capable of lifting up to 150 lbs with equipment, and fluent in basic English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of industry experience.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols.
• Train and guide Package Handlers with hands-on demonstrations.
• Oversee packaging, sorting, and inspection for accuracy and damage prevention.
• Monitor equipment and submit maintenance requests as needed.
• Check in/out drivers, verify credentials, and ensure proper documentation.
