Job summary

Mountainy is seeking a Weekend Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse functions at our Goodyear, AZ facility. The role reports to the Operations Manager and requires strong leadership, logistics experience, and a drive for operational excellence.

Location: Goodyear, AZ. Schedule: Sat-Sun-Mon, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM. Starting pay: $21- $24 per hour DOE. We value integrity, client focus, grit, and innovation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervision in warehouse or logistics.
• Experience with WMS and fulfillment workflows.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Lead and support a team to meet performance goals.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and timely order processing.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Develop, document, and implement SOPs to improve consistency, safety, and efficiency.
