Job summary

Mountainy is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our brand-new Goodyear, Arizona facility. The role operates on a four 10-hour shift schedule—Tuesday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM—and involves assisting with receiving, storing, picking and packing for online retail clients.

You will scan items into our inventory system, perform daily cycle counts, and help establish best-in-class fulfillment in day-one operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Flexibility to cross-train in other departments.
• Willing to work Tuesday through Friday 5:00 AM–3:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and unload packages.
• Load and unload packages without forklift.
• Perform daily inventory controls to maintain product quality.
• Inspect all incoming products for damage and defects.
• Perform quality-control checks on outgoing orders.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
