Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Lithia Springs, GA is seeking a weekend 2nd shift warehouse associate to load and unload materials, operate forklifts and scanners, and keep packaging and routing running smoothly.

This role requires 2 years of warehouse experience, a HS diploma, and a willingness to work Friday–Monday, 6:00pm–6:00am, with opportunities for overtime and advancement within a global logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience operating material handling equipment and handheld scanners.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload material using hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, etc.
• Ensure packaging, routing and systems work is completed quickly and accurately
• Participate in and guide team in the Lean warehousing system on the floor
• Complete tasks by following established procedures
• Ensure all work is performed in a safe manner
• Participate in stand‑up activities with cross-functional teams
