Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Regular attendance is necessary with possible overtime.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials from trucks accurately and safely.
• Prepare and process orders by retrieving items from the warehouse.
• Check in and put away material, ensuring quantities and quality are correct.
• Maintain clean and organized aisles and work areas.
• Assist in keeping the branch area neat, including bathrooms and counters.
• Know merchandise location and replenish as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and education as directed.
• Answer phones professionally and assist customers.
