Job summary

Bargreen Ellingson is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate for the night crew. The role involves loading, stocking, order picking, and customer assistance, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

Responsibilities include taking inventory, keeping aisles clear, and performing periodic cycle counts and forklift operations as needed. Evening/weekend hours may be required to support branch operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or Equivalent.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays and long hours) and regular attendance are necessary with possibility for mandatory overtime.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Responsibilities

• Load truck accurately and safely.
• Fill customer orders by retrieving material from the warehouse.
• Check in and put away material, verifying quantities and quality of received material.
• Maintain clear aisles and walkways; ensure material is properly organized.
• Answer telephones professionally and provide excellent customer service.
• Perform cycle counts and participate in weekend inventory events as scheduled.
• May occasionally make deliveries or pickups as required.
