Job summary

Laurel Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a reliable Van Driver for an every other weekend schedule (Saturday 5am-1pm). You will schedule medical transportation for resident appointments and provide wheelchair transportation as needed.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and be able to lift up to 30 lbs. Previous transportation experience is preferred.

• Ability to push/pull/lift 30 lbs.
• Previous transportation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule medical transportation for resident appointments.
• Provide wheelchair transportation as needed.

• Maintain a clean and organized van.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure seamless transportation services.
