Qualifications

• Associates degree or diploma in nursing; RN license required.
• 3+ years of clinical experience in utilization management or case management.
• Strong knowledge of EPIC, Indicia criteria, and payer processes.

Responsibilities

• Initiates medical necessity reviews and determines level of care.
• Gathers clinical information and communicates with physicians and payors.
• Ensures timely authorizations and documentation in EPIC.
• Oversees post-discharge coordination and discharge planning.
• Supports continuous performance improvement and compliance with regulations.
